1. who may use verscienta

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

2. health content is informational

Verscienta publishes and aggregates content about nutrition, herbalism, mindfulness, movement, and other wellness topics. None of it is medical advice. Content on this site does not create a practitioner–patient relationship and is no substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a qualified professional. 3. your content

You retain ownership of articles, comments, and other content you post. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and adapt it (for example, cropping images or generating previews) for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. You are responsible for what you post: you must have the rights to it, and it must not be unlawful, deceptive, or harmful.

4. acceptable use

• No medical misinformation presented as established fact; evidence labels must not be misused.
• No impersonation of health professionals; expert badges are granted only through verification.
• No harassment, hate speech, spam, or scraping of personal data.
• No attempts to probe, disrupt, or overload the service.

We may moderate, hold, label, or remove content and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Aggregated third-party content remains subject to its original publisher's rights and is always attributed with a link to the source.

5. account deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time from your settings. Your account is deactivated immediately and your personal data is permanently anonymized after a 30-day grace period, during which you can cancel by signing back in. Posts may remain, attributed to a deleted user. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

6. disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verscienta is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on content found here — including health decisions. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

7. changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site and the "last updated" date above will change. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
